We prefer longer term tenants but will accommodate short term rentals based on availability.  The advantage of renting this home is tenants move in day one and everything is ready to go just bring your personal things and groceries.  This house is already stocked with everything you need such as linens, pots, pans, dishes, washer, dryer, books, games and other misc. items.  The following utilities are included in the monthly rates landscape maintenance, gas and electric, water, sewer, trash, cable TV, High Speed WI-FI, and local telephone.

Short Lease Terms 1-3 Months = $6,750.00 per month (about $225.00 per day based on 30 day month) 4-6 Months = $6,500.00 per month (about $216.00 per day based on 30 day month) 7-12 Months = $6,250.00 per month (about $208.00 per day based on 30 day month)

Long Lease Terms Greater than 1 year $6,000.00 per month

Application is available upon request and requires a $35.00 application fee upon submission. 
We do not accept credit cards as a form of payment since we are not set up to process them.
